Mike's strong background which encompasses experience in the property sector in sales, marketing, operations, community development and sustainability together with his capacity to develop strategic relationships with government agencies positions him well to lead National Lifestyle Villages.
Previously, Mike was a senior Executive for the Water Corporation where he led key sustainability initiatives in water recycling and efficiency. Mike has also had extensive experience in the infrastructure and service delivery of assets to the land development industry in both metropolitan and regional areas.
Andrew Nand-Lal joined NLV Group as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in November 2008 and is responsible for the Group's financial activities and corporate governance.
Andrew has over twenty years experience as a chartered accountant including twelve years in commerce of which the majority have been as CFO. He has worked for both KPMG and Ernst & Young, specializing in the property industry. Andrew furthered his extensive property development and investment experience through senior executive roles at Mirvac Fini, Hospitality & Ace Group and Hawaiian Group.
Richard Hammond has worked as an architect for over 30 years, with experience in UK and urban and rural areas of Western Australia, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. He has acted as a consultant to Federal, State and Local Governments, the National Capital Development Commission, community based organisations and many private sector clients. For 14 years Richard was a Senior Lecturer at Curtin University teaching Architectural and Urban Design
Richard has a long standing interest in and commitment to sustainable design – economic, social and environmental. Under his direction National Lifestyle Villages has won many significant awards for sustainable development.
Chris’s diverse background also includes executive roles in accounting, general management, sales and marketing, property development and stock broking. Chris is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Management) from Edith Cowan University.
