Peter Harley
Non-Executive Chairman
Peter Harley has significant and wide ranging commercial experience, particularly in relation to growth focused companies, with which he has worked closely over the past 26 years. For ten years proceeding 1996, Peter held the position of Executive Director with transit technology and smart card company, ERG. Since leaving ERG, Peter has acted in the role of senior consultant to a number of organisations providing strategic advice on areas including: business planning, strategic marketing, and acquisitions and investments. Peter is the former Chairman of iiNet Limited and holds a number of board positions with companies which include Gunson Resources Ltd and Perilya Limited.
John Wood
Founding Director
John Wood has combined his extensive experience in the real estate, manufactured housing and tourism industries to guide the company through seven years of rapid growth. Previously John was an executive of the Fleetwood Group for ten years. Winner of the WA Young Entrepreneurs Award in 1987 and recognised in 2005 by WA Business News as one of Australia’s Rising Stars. John is totally committed to the future of National Lifestyle Villages as a world-leading, innovative organisation in social, environmental and financial sustainability with ongoing governance to ensure continuing best practice.
Rodney Muse
Non-Executive Director
Rodney Muse is a Founder Partner and Director of Navis Capital Partners. He was raised and educated in the United States. Mr Muse started his career with Chase Manhattan Bank in 1985 and worked in a number of areas of the bank in New York and Hong Kong. From 1993 to 1996, Mr Muse was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”) in Sydney and Kuala Lumpur, where he gained experience in a number of industries including consumer goods, retail, oil and gas, distribution, primary resources and others.
Prior to joining Navis, Mr Muse was Managing Director of Elspan Technologies Limited, a Hong Kong based construction technology firm of which he is a shareholder.
Mr Muse has a BA Hons Degree from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
