We were in Busselton and had a lot of rentals around us, and we looked at a couple of villages up in Perth. The concept was good, with a big company behind it. It was not a fly by night thing. It freed things up for us. We don’t have a mortgage any more. To buy another house, we would have had to borrow more money.
There were a lot of incentives for us to move in and the building process went well. There were no major hassles. Everything they said they would do, they did.
The homes are nice. We have three bedrooms, a good size brick patio and a nice garden. There is still enough room when the kids visit. The clubhouse is now well under way and the family centre will be up and running soon. We are looking forward to using the facilities.
We now go on a holiday every six months. You can do that here with peace of mind. You can lock-up and go. The garden is all reticulated.
