Innovative home designs set a new standard at coastal village
National Lifestyle Villages will unveil a collection of new cutting edge display homes at its Open Day on Saturday October 29, 2011, between 11am and 2pm. The three homes, called the Broadwater, the Kealy and the Wonnerup epitomize a new level in innovative design and aesthetics from the company’s range of modular residences built by its affiliate company, EcoFit Homes.

Security: a cause for concern say Lifestylers
Due to overwhelming interest in their September seminar at the Burswood Entertainment Complex, National Lifestyle Villages (NLV) is again hosting a complimentary ‘Start Really Living’ event closer to home at the Gary Holland Community Centre on Saturday, November 5, from 10.30am to 12pm. The event will be aimed at removing the common myths surrounding traditional retirement and focus on the positive outcomes of releasing equity and living a comfortable life free from debt.

Gnomes rule at Have A Go Day
An innovative activity to encourage guests to paint their very own garden gnomes will complement the National Lifestyle Villages stand at the imminent Have a Go day in Burswood Park on November 9 between 8.30am and 3pm. The idea was inspired by Lindsay Harvey, a resident at National Lifestyle Villages-Tuart Lakes in Rockingham who bought a gnome for special placement at the quirky ‘Gnomesville’ estate in Ferguson Valley where over 3,000 gnomes from Australia and around the world are on permanent display for public viewing

Doors will make a lasting imprint in our arts community
An innovative arts project instigated by the City of Rockingham has been the impetus for a group of residents at National Lifestyle Villages Vibe - Baldivis and Tuart Lakes - Rockingham to get wildly creative with decorating “doors” as a canvas for creative expression.
