
Supermarket Priority Delivery information
Coles and Woolworths Priority Assistance Services will make it easier for customers who can’t always get to a store to buy everyday grocery essentials and have them delivered to their home.
Woolworths Priority Assistance Service is available to seniors, people with a disability and those with compromised immunity or who are required to self isolate.

Coles Online Priority Service (COPS) is now available to:
- People over 65 years of age with a My Aged Care number or NDIS number;
- Indigenous Australians over the age of 50 with a My Aged Care number or NDIS number;
- Aged care, disability care and other businesses that support vulnerable members of the community.
Coles is also offering a Click & Collect service option has also launched to further assist these customers. Carers, family and neighbours simply need to show the Click&Collect order confirmation when collecting the shopping from the in-store Click&Collect concierge service*.
This process will help our service of those most vulnerable in our community.
