Refer & Earn Card or Holiday Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The Refer & Earn offer starts on 26.10.20 and ends 4pm AWST 31.3.21 (Referral Period).

2. The Refer & Earn offer is open to homeowners (Referrer) within either a Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Village, Vibe Baldivis Lifestyle Village or The Vantage at Vasse (Participating Village).

3. To refer a person to a Participating Village the Referrer must fully complete a Refer & Earn form (Form) and provide it to a Participating Villages sales team before any enquiry into a Participating Village or purchasing of a home in a Participating Village is made by a new person you are referring (Referred).

4. The Referrer must seek the express approval of the Referred before providing their contact details for the Refer & Earn promotion to a Participating Village and comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations.

5. To qualify for a Refer & Earn Reward:

i) A sales consultant from a Participating Village must confirm within the Referral Period the Referred is not already on the Participating Villages database. The Form will be signed by the sales consultant as confirmation.

ii) Settlement of a New Home Build, Display Home or Established Home must be completed (Claim Period).

6. If the Referrer qualifies for a Refer & Earn Reward they can choose one of the below Rewards:

a. Reward Option 1 – BONUS CASH 

The Referrer will receive a $1,000.00 VISA Gift Card. The Referred will have the choice to receive a $1,000.00 VISA Gift Card or a $1,000.00 contribution to the purchase price of the home. The Participating Village Social Club of the Referrer will receive $500.00. Total Reward value is up to $2,500.

b. Reward Option 2 – LUXURY WEEKEND ESCAPE

The Luxury Weekend Escape is for up to 4 people. Staying in a total of 2 rooms at The Empire Retreat & Spa, Margaret River and includes i) 2 night’s accommodation in a Loft Room, ii) Gourmet cooked breakfast each morning iii) 1 x 60-minute spa treatments per person. Total Reward value is up to $2,500.

7. VISA Gift Cards are subject to card issuer terms and conditions including expiry.

8. Luxury Weekend Escape Reward is subject to the following conditions: Reward must be booked by 31.7.21 and travel must be completed by 30.11.21. Booking requests are to be made directly in writing to marketing@nlv.com.au. Bookings are subject to availability. Not available during peak periods. Block-out periods apply. Does not include travel insurance. All other expenses are the responsibility of the Referrer and Referred.

9. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or transferrable.

10. If a Reward is not available an alternative will be provided of the same value.

11. Rewards will be issued within 21 days following the settlement of the home for the Referred person in a Participating Village.

12. Gift Cards will be personally delivered or sent by post to recipients.

13. National Lifestyle Villages (NLV) assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen gift cards once they are sent.

14. NLV reserves the right to verify the validity of individual referral claims and may invalidate a claim at their own discretion.

15. NLV reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

16. NLV reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another Reward of similar value in the event an original Reward is no longer available.

17. The Referrer & Referred agree to the use of their name, image and/or video footage in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Referrer or Referred will be used solely in accordance with the current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. National Lifestyle Villages accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or injury incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the Reward.
